Our story

Two-Tone Acres is a first-generation family farm located near Sturgeon Falls, Ontario. We started this farm because we wanted to build something meaningful for our family while producing honest, high-quality food for our community. We believe people deserve to know where their food comes from and how it was raised. Rather than taking shortcuts, we focus on raising animals with care, respecting the land, and continually improving our farming practices. Our long-term vision is to build a diversified farm that will one day include pasture-raised poultry, beef cattle, and pigs, creating a sustainable farm that can be enjoyed for generations.

Our Harvest

From Our Pastures to Your Table

Our chickens begin life in a warm, carefully managed brooder where they receive the proper nutrition and care they need to grow strong and healthy. Once they are ready, they are moved onto fresh pasture where they have access to sunshine, fresh air, and clean grass every day. We believe animals should be raised in an environment that allows them to express their natural behaviours while receiving excellent nutrition and attentive care. Each chicken is professionally processed at a provincially inspected processing facility, ensuring it meets Ontario's food safety standards. We are committed to responsible farming practices that prioritize animal welfare, healthy soil, and producing food we are proud to feed our own family.

Our Approach

Rotational Grazing for Healthier Land

By moving our animals frequently to fresh sections of pasture, we mimic natural ecosystems. This practice promotes vigorous grass growth, enhances biodiversity, and sequesters carbon, creating resilient soil.

Healthier soil means more nutrient-dense forage, which directly translates to healthier, more robust animals and superior quality meat for your family.
