Please note that each chicken is naturally unique, so weights will vary. Our whole chickens typically range from 4 to 7 pounds, with most falling within that range. We carefully raise and process each bird to ensure excellent quality, but because they're pasture-raised and not manufactured to a uniform size, some natural variation is expected. If you have a preferred size, let us know when placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
